Description
A refreshing and fruity watermelon punch perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 medium watermelon, halved and scooped
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the watermelon flesh to the pitcher and mash slightly to release the watermelon juices.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, add the club soda or sparkling water for fizz.
- Serve the punch in glasses filled with ice, garnished with mint leaves and lime slices.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- For a fun twist, add some fresh berries or other fruits to the punch.
- This punch is best served fresh, but you can prepare the base ahead of time and add the soda just before serving.
