Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, discarding the solids.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice, sugar, and cold water to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar or lemon juice.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves.
