Ingredients

  • 2 packages of instant ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced mushrooms, spinach, or any protein of choice

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil and chili oil over medium heat.
