- 2 packages of instant ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil and chili oil over medium heat.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss to coat in the oil.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and green onions. Stir well to combine.
- Create a small well in the center of the noodles and crack the egg into it. Stir the egg into the noodles until cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
