Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs in the skillet. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve meatballs with marinara sauce over pasta or on their own.

Notes
