Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet.
- Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the turkey burgers with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments.
