  • 1 can (15 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the tuna mixture and pour the dressing over it. Toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
