These tender slow cooker BBQ ribs are coated in a sticky smoky sauce that will have everyone coming back for seconds.

- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and trim any excess fat.
- In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker, standing them up if necessary.
- In another bowl, combine BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs, making sure they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven broiler.
- Brush the ribs with additional BBQ sauce and broil for 5-7 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
- Serve warm, drizzled with more BBQ sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra smoky flavor, consider adding smoked wood chips to the slow cooker.
- These ribs pair well with coleslaw and cornbread.
