- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
