Ingredients

- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of serving cups or bowls to form a crust.
- In another bowl, combine the whipped cream, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Layer the whipped cream mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
- Top with a mix of fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of berries or seasonal fruits.
- You can substitute whipped cream with yogurt for a healthier option.
