- 1 pound of large mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
