Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen.
