Refreshing and delicious homemade strawberry popsicles made with fresh strawberries and a hint of lemon. Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen.

Notes
- For a creamier texture, you can add 1/2 cup of yogurt or coconut milk to the mixture.
