Description
Deliciously thin crepes filled with sweet strawberry jam, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Strawberry jam
- for serving Powdered sugar
- for garnish Fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
- Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Spread a tablespoon of strawberry jam onto one half of each crepe, then fold the crepe over.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of vanilla extract to the batter.
- You can substitute strawberry jam with any other fruit jam of your choice.
- Crepes can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
