Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks (or your choice of cut)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the steaks, coating them evenly.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook the steaks for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, 140°F (60°C) for medium.
- Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the steak.
- For a more intense flavor, marinate the steaks for a few hours before cooking.
