  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the nut and seed mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and seeds, and mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
