- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the nut and seed mixture and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and seeds, and mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
