Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
- For added heat, include diced jalapeños in the corn mixture.
