- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- Extra Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour marinara sauce over meatballs, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Serve meatballs and sauce over spaghetti, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese.
