- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat and add chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the Sloppy Joe mixture on hamburger buns.
