  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
