Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and shells removed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, for boiling
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the Old Bay seasoning, onion, garlic, and lemon halves to the boiling water.
  3. Add the baby potatoes to the pot and cook for about 10-12 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Drain the mixture and spread it out on a large serving platter or newspaper.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
