Ingredients

- 2 pounds large shrimp, deveined and shells removed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, quartered
- Salt, to taste
- Water, for boiling
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the Old Bay seasoning, onion, garlic, and lemon halves to the boiling water.
- Add the baby potatoes to the pot and cook for about 10-12 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Drain the mixture and spread it out on a large serving platter or newspaper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
