- 1 cup Semolina
- 4 cups Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Raspberry Jam
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add salt.
- Gradually stir in the semolina, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
- Reduce heat to low and continue to stir until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted and well combined.
- If desired, stir in sugar for added sweetness.
- Serve warm topped with raspberry jam.
