Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the rosemary and thyme, and return the steak bites to the skillet.
  7. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
  8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
