- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the rosemary and thyme, and return the steak bites to the skillet.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
