Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest, cooking for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve the shrimp over cooked pasta or rice.
