Description
These S’mores Bars are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows in a convenient bar form. Perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own!

- 1 cup (100g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick or 115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (100g) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup (90g) milk chocolate bar, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup (90g) mini marshmallows (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even layer.
- Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Evenly distribute the mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips.
- Top with pieces of the milk chocolate bar and additional mini marshmallows for extra gooeyness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, you can add chopped nuts to the graham cracker mixture.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
