Description

These S’mores Bars are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows in a convenient bar form. Perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick or 115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (100g) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup (90g) milk chocolate bar, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup (90g) mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Evenly distribute the mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips.
  6. Top with pieces of the milk chocolate bar and additional mini marshmallows for extra gooeyness.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, you can add chopped nuts to the graham cracker mixture.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
