- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
