- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 bottle Wine
Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet in the last minute of cooking and spoon the oil over the steak for added flavor.

- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and heavy cream, then mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve the steaks with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and a glass of your favorite wine.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary if desired.
