Description
A classic Reuben sandwich made with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing, all grilled to perfection between slices of rye bread.

- 8 slices rye bread
- 1 pound corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
- On the unbuttered side of four slices, layer corned beef, sauerkraut, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a tablespoon of Russian dressing.
- Top with another slice of rye bread, buttered side up.
- Place the sandwiches on the skillet and grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
