- 1 cup Dandelion leaves
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cups Water
- 5–6 leaves Mint leaves
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Add the washed dandelion leaves and mint leaves to the boiling water.
- Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a glass or pitcher.
- Add the lemon juice and honey (if using) to the strained liquid.
- Stir well and serve cold or over ice.
Notes
