A refreshing and tangy Raspberry Lemonade that combines the sweetness of raspberries with the tartness of lemons, perfect for a hot summer day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 68 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the raspberry juice in the pitcher.
  4. Pour in the remaining 3 cups of water and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if necessary.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.

Notes

  • For a sweeter lemonade, increase the sugar to taste.
  • You can replace fresh raspberries with frozen raspberries if fresh ones are not available.
