- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 12 slider buns
- Coleslaw (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your slow cooker on low.
- In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder.
- Place the seasoned pork shoulder into the slow cooker and pour the barbecue sauce over it.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and shreds easily.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with the remaining barbecue sauce in the slow cooker.
- To assemble the sliders, place a generous amount of pulled pork on each slider bun and top with coleslaw if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
