Ingredients
Scale
- 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet recommended)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions

- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then dry thoroughly.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings like Italian herbs or chili powder.
