  • 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the peach puree, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
