- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the peach puree, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Notes
- For a chunkier texture, reserve some chopped peaches and fold them into the ice cream after churning.
- If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze. Stir every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
