- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Fresh fruit or fruit sauce for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with fresh fruit or fruit sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can use store-bought graham cracker crust if you’re short on time.
- For a flavored cheesecake, consider adding melted chocolate, lemon zest, or fruit puree to the filling.
