A refreshing and zesty mint lemonade perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh lemon juice, mint leaves, and sugar. Blend until the mint is finely chopped.
- In a large pitcher, combine the mint-lemon mixture with the cold water. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter lemonade, let the mixture sit for a few hours in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.
- You can also add sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy version.
