Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Fresh Berries
  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries and cubed watermelon.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or agave syrup) and lime juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve the fruit salad in individual bowls with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top.
