- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries and cubed watermelon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or agave syrup) and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve the fruit salad in individual bowls with a dollop of Greek yogurt on top.
