Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 New England-style hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread the softened butter on the outside of each hot dog bun.
