  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pierce them several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender and the skin is crispy.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
