  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  2. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour until it’s manageable.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  4. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the dough into the boiling water.
  5. Cook the dumplings until they float to the surface, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and drain.
  7. In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add the dumplings and fry until golden and crispy.
