- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Spoon the mousse into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
