- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steak bites, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the steak evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Cook the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a serving bowl and drizzle the garlic butter over the top. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, make sure the steak is at room temperature before seasoning.
- You can adjust the seasoning to your preference, adding more or less garlic or spices.
- Serve with your favorite sides like rice, vegetables, or a salad.
