  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 medium Potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili powder until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  4. While the fries are baking, season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Cook the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the juicy chicken breasts alongside the crispy fries.
