- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 medium Potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Cook the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the juicy chicken breasts alongside the crispy fries.
Notes
- For extra crispy fries, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
