  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the broccoli florets to the sauce and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until tender.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy garlic sauce and broccoli.
  8. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
