  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.
  6. Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
  8. Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can incorporate shredded cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
