Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.
- Remove the patties from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, you can incorporate shredded cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Feel free to customize the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary.
