Ingredients
Scale
- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Cook the pork chops for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving for added flavor.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the pork chops in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes to 2 hours before cooking.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of your pork chops.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork chops are cooked to the proper temperature.
