Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks, about 1 inch thick
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and rub it in to ensure an even coating.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure there is space between them.
- Air fry the steaks for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness (135°F for medium-rare).
- While the steaks are cooking, prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Once the steaks are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Top each steak with a generous dollop of the garlic herb butter before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use steaks that are at room temperature before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your steaks and your desired doneness.
- Feel free to customize the herbs in the garlic butter to your liking.
