Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks, about 1 inch thick
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and rub it in to ensure an even coating.
  4. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure there is space between them.
  5. Air fry the steaks for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired level of doneness (135°F for medium-rare).
  6. While the steaks are cooking, prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl.
  7. Once the steaks are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
