Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks, about 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels and rub both sides with olive oil.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until desired doneness is reached (135°F for medium-rare).
- While the steaks are cooking, prepare the garlic herb butter by combining softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Once the steaks are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Top each steak with a generous dollop of garlic herb butter before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
- Letting the steaks rest allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy steak.
- Feel free to customize the herb butter with your favorite herbs.
