Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork tenderloin in the spice mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
