  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and any optional herbs.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
  6. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and juices run clear.
  7. Remove pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
