- 1 fully cooked ham (about 2 to 3 pounds)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar to create the glaze.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts about 1 inch apart.
- Brush the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored areas.
- Place the ham in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
- Air fry the ham for 15 to 20 minutes, basting with the glaze every 5 minutes, until heated through and caramelized.
- Remove the ham from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
