This juicy air fryer fajita chicken is bursting with flavor and served with colorful peppers and warm tortillas for a delicious meal.

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 small tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the basket, and toss with the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- While the chicken and peppers are cooking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Once everything is cooked, serve the fajita chicken and peppers on warm tortillas. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of bell peppers for added color and flavor.
