- 1 cup Crushed graham crackers
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Whipped cream
- 2 cups Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- for drizzling Chocolate sauce or caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- In small jars or cups, layer the crushed graham crackers as the first layer.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with a layer of berries.
- Drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce on top before serving.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
