Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Whipped cream
  • 2 cups Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • for drizzling Chocolate sauce or caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  3. In small jars or cups, layer the crushed graham crackers as the first layer.
  4. Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of fresh berries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with a layer of berries.
  7. Drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce on top before serving.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
